The Captioning on Glass (CoG) Glassware on Glass and companion application for Android smart phones collect neither user nor usage information. However, your voice data is sent to Google to be converted to text.

If you send email to us asking for help, we will keep your email request. We may make your request and our response to the request into a Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) for posting on our support web site, but we will not include any of your identifying information (name, email, etc) in that FAQ.

If you send email to us asking for help, requesting for more information or signing up for our user study, we may send you follow on email or a survey to learn if the response solved your problem and to learn more about how you are using Glass. Your response to email or surveys is voluntary. We will use your response to improve CoG and the FAQs. Any surveys will allow anonymous replies.
